Northwest Conference Ministerial Dues

Ministerial dues must be paid by May 1 each year to maintain Good Standing for the current year. Good Standing is required in order to:

• Maintain your credentials with the ECC
• Vote on ministerial matters at the NWCMA and ECCMA Annual Meetings
• Receive SPE (Sustaining Pastoral Excellence) grants

Who must pay dues:
Those holding the following credentials: OWSa, OWSe, CSM, ML, and BVL.
Serve Globally covers dues for CM and GSL credentials.
Those who are retired or officially on the inactive list are exempt.
Any status changes must be reported directly to Serve Clergy at ministry@covchurch.org.

How dues are used:

• $40 (30%) – Supports the Northwest Conference ministerium, covering expenses for committees (COMS, MCDC, Executive Board) and the Spiritual Directors Network
• $95 (70%) – Supports the national ministerium committees and boards

2025 Dues Amount: $135

Dues Increase for 2025: $10
If you paid your 2025 dues before May 14, 2025 and would like to contribute the additional $10 increase, you can do so here. If you are paying after May 14, the $135 amount already includes the increase—no extra payment is needed.
