Northwest Conference Ministerial Dues

Ministerial dues must be paid by May 1st of each year to maintain "Good Standing" for the current year. Good standing is required to maintain your credentials with the ECC, vote on ministerial matters at the NWCMA Annual Meeting and the ECCMA Annual Meeting, and receive any SPE grants (Sustaining Pastoral Excellence). Those who are required to pay dues hold the following credentials: OWSa, OWSe, CSM, ML, and BVL. Serve Globally pays the dues for those with CM and GSL credentials. Those who are retired or are officially on the inactive list are exempt from paying dues. Any status changes must be communicated directly to the office of Serve Clergy by sending an email to ministry@covchurch.org.

Your annual dues cover the following.

$40 (30%) goes to the conference ministerium (NWC) to cover expenses for the various committees (COMS, MCDC, Executive Board) and the Spiritual Directors Network.

$95 (70%) goes to the national ministerium on your behalf to cover expenses for the various committees and boards.

2025 Ministerial Dues Increase: $10

If you paid your 2025 dues before May 14, 2025, and are willing to chip in the additional $10 for your 2025 dues, you can do so here. If you are paying your dues after May 14, 2025, this $10 increase is already included in the $135. Please ignore this item.
